Creative Brief
When approached to develop a creative brief for Jingo, an emerging AI shopping company, the first challenge was defining a brand voice that could make artificial intelligence feel warm, intuitive, and genuinely useful, rather than cold or overwhelming. The brief needed to do more than introduce a product; it needed to tell a story that everyday people could see themselves in. At the heart of the narrative was a relatable tension: a dog, desperate for its owner's attention, competing with the endless pull of online shopping.
Through that simple, charming dynamic, the brief brought Jingo's core promise to life: smarter AI should give you more time for the things that matter, not less. The result was a strategic storytelling foundation that positioned Jingo not just as an AI shopping tool, but as a brand with a personality worth remembering.
